Q How Do I Add Items To My Shopping Basket?
A We have made the ordering system as easy as possible, choose the item you would like to order and enter the quantity you would like, then click on Add To Basket icon a confirmation window will pop up showing total price of item chosen (less Tax) and will allow you to add or cancel adding item to your basket, now you can carry on shopping for items.
Q How Do I View My Shopping Basket?
A To view your shopping basket just click on Basket link in the top menu. From the Shopping Basket page you can update quantities or delete items from your Shopping Basket.
Q How Do I Checkout?
A To checkout and pay for your items just click on the Checkout link in the Basket menu. From the Checkout page you will be able to choose shipping method and select tax region, now you need to click on the secure check out link then read our terms & conditions, then click on I accept these terms and conditions. A new window will open and now you select method of payment, if you want to pay by credit card then choose your card type and follow instructions on screen.

If you want to pay by PayPal choose this option unfortunately if you have never used this service before you will have register with PayPal first.
OR
You can also choose to pay by cheque, bank transfer, Invoice, pay on account & pick up & pay but you will need to arrange these options with customer services via e-mail customerservices@hobbyparts.com.
Q How Do I Add Items To My Favourites List?
A To add items to you favourites list just click on the Add To Favourites icon a window will pop up saying the selected item has been added to your favourites list, just click ok to return to previous page.
Q How Do I View My Favourites List?
A To view your favourites list just click on the Favourites tab in the top menu. From the favourites page you can choose to delete item from list or e-mail to a friend.
Q Do I have To Use PayPal For Credit Card Payments?
A NO it is entirely up to you, you choose the best payment option for you.
Q Can I change the Currency Of Items?
A YES just click on the 'Pick your currency' link top Right, and choose your preferred currency. Currency conversion rates are a guide for your convenience only. They are updated once each US business day. You will be charged in UK Sterling.
